El-Nino has been designed with a monoblock body structure. Thanks to its reinforced fan assembly and specially engineered nozzle block for dual airflow, the motors operate at full power while propelling the fabric from the nozzle toward the impact grid at an average speed of 70–75 m/s. A powerful suction system positioned behind the impact grid effectively removes dust and fiber particles released from the fabric during impact. The upper and lower air distribution ratios can be adjusted independently, allowing easy adaptation to different fabric types. Additionally, the angle of the impact wall can be manually adjusted, enabling the desired effect intensity to be fine-tuned based on the specific fabric being processed.
